Let's try western food :D

What you can do with just 1/4 of the chicken?
Okay my mind had come up with some ingredients for the chicken recipe.
Lemon! Honey! And.... Herbs!! I got that all!!
So i google the recipe..
It's simple..
I did not follow exactly the recipe , by the way..
Just uh.. a little glimpse at it.. and on my own ideas..
So, first i prepared

ingredients
1/4 of chicken ( serve only for myself. HAHA )
dried or fresh herbs ( optional. I put parsley as i just got only parsley in house. HAHA )
chopped garlic
lemon juice
salt ( pinch is enough because you have lemon and honey.)
chopped black pepper
mixed veggies
few potatoes
1 cup of milk
butter

Here you go. Put the mixed ingredients over the chicken and squeeze the lemon juice on it before you let it stand at room temperature for around half an hour or longer if you could.

Roast it after you have apply honey on the chicken.

tick tock tick......

Now, you can prepare some optional side dishes.
So, i choose mashed potatoes and boiled veggies..
Cook the peeled potatoes in hot water and then mash it! Just like the MASHED POTATOES! haha!
Mince some garlic and cook it with butter under low temperature.
Put on the mashed potato when you finish cook.
Okay.. the mashed potato is served with garlic cook with butter. Yum Yum~ I like garlic a lot!

Here's a tips for you.
If you want the mashed potato taste nicer, you may cook it with butter and milk under low temperature until liquid turns thick.
Here's the picture of mashed potato+milk+butter.

Next, cook the veggies in hot water . I put a spoon of butter and pinch of salt into the hot water.
Pour away the hot water and keep the veggie on the plate.

Here... i put all things on plate before serve the chicken.

Finally

I take out the chicken after around 45 mins.
Hope you like it! :D

Guess What??

Hmm.....

Guess what's this???
It is simple and easy.
I cook the wan tan mee in hot water with a few drop of oil first, pour away the water and keep the mee in a plate.
Then use mince garlic to cook the mince pork meat.
For the pork meat sauce, i pour sesame oil and soy bean sauce.
You could put as much as you like. =)
A little bit of salt will be nicer.
Pour a bowl of water.
Hold on please, cook the meat longer until the sauce smells good with sesame and the water lesser.
Sesame oil is important for wan tan mee so that it taste and smell like the 'real' wan tan mee.
Next, cook your favorite veggie in hot water.
Fry the chopped small red onions.
Chop the green onion (optional) for better taste.
Last, serve your wan tan mee with the fry onions, green onion and also dark soy sauce.

Bear in mind that a little of dark soy sauce is enough. Unless you favor it a lot.

Enjoy! =)
The MEE you could get at the supermarket. We usually call it pasar.

D.I.Y. album

I've finally approaching the final result!
I mean..... my album..!! :D
For your information, this album is special made for instant camera film size.
I measured the length and width all by myself.
Certainly, you could do any measurement you favor.
What i meant is the way you keep your film.
You may choose a wide size of album, and you can keep the film vertically or horizontally as you like.
Be remind that a good measurement is easy for you to keep your photos.

Weeks ago, i have bought some different types of papers, or materials.
It is just so easy to make.
The thing is how you want your album look like is up to your creative.
That's what we call DIY. Haha.

materials i used : lilac board paper (cover)
mahjong paper (wrap the paper box)
crepe paper ( I like this soooo much . It could be used to make a lot of beautiful stuff! )
foam sheet ( to keep films.)
paper box ( to make a more solid cover)
                          UHU glue stick
                          scissor
                          cutter
ribbon or book ring ( optional )

Here you go.
Enjoy your Do It Yourself work! =)
